Roles:

·         Consult, solution and configure Zenoti to meet customer’s business processes

·         Solution, design and setup proof of concepts and configure functionality for our existing customers ensuring successful adoption of new and existing product features.

·         Identify any risks based on current product capabilities, and define and drive mitigation plans as part of customer engagement.

·         Address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction

·         Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales and delivery process and market dynamics.

·         Maintain complete documentation and follow organizational processes to ensure the successful adoption of Zenoti products.

·         Ensure the adherence to SLAs, and key metrics according to the organization’s goals and objectives

·         Coordinate with internal teams as needed to meet customer needs and requirements, while managing customer expectations.

Academic Qualification of applicant: 

1. BE/ B.Tech 2020/21 passout

2. Should have completed Aptech Certified Python Development program from Aptech Shyambazar

Work location: Hyderabad (Currently remote)  

Salary: 8-9 LPA
