Process:

- For Clear trip the candidate needs to have impeccable communication skills
- After selection, they will be deployed on a training for 21-28 days then they will be on OJT for 45 days

Eligibility Criteria

·         Good Communication Skills with Customer Service skills.

·         Working Hours : flexible working hours and rotational shifts ( Morning , Evening & Night Shifts)

·         Work Location : WFO

·         Fresher’s , Undergraduates Students( XII pass) /Graduate  with Aviation Certificate .

·         Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Outlook etc.

Roles and Responsibilities

·         Deliver high standard of customer service for Leading airline’s Re-booking & Notification Activity.

·         Receive, Interpret and Rebook Passenger using specified procedures

·         Passengers of the new itinerary via an outbound call

·         Re booking / notification passengers on time and with optimum accuracy

Perks and Benefits

Salary  Rs. 15000 (CTC- for Non –Voice Process )   and Rs 20000 (CTC-  for Voice Process)

Please note if candidate don’t want  PF and ESI deduction then He/She can get full take home salary .
